This Fund is expected to be de-listed after market close on Friday, October 15, 2021. Shareholders who do not sell their holdings on or before market close on Friday, October 15, 2021 and continue to hold their shares through the liquidation date on or about Friday, October 22, 2021 are expected to receive cash on or about Friday, October 22, 2021 in the cash portion of their brokerage accounts equal to the amount of the net asset value (NAV) of their shares. Fund Description

The VanEck Vectors® Emerging Markets Aggregate Bond ETF (EMAG®) seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MVIS® EM Aggregate Bond Index (MVEMAG), which is comprised of sovereign bonds and corporate bonds denominated in U.S. dollars, Euros or local emerging markets currencies, and includes both investment grade and below investment grade rated securities.
